The students overcame various challenges, answered quick questions, and simulated a babywear. In a playful and festive atmosphere, the students had fun and expanded their knowledge about travellers and entrepreneurship in 1815. They also learned words in Cree, Michif and French.<\/p>\n<h3>The Voyageur Canoe<\/h3>\n<p>The voyageur canoe is a true symbol of Canadian identity that has played a major role in the history of the fur trade. One of the most successful activities that CDEM Youth teams coordinated was the dressing of the canoe.
