These sensory delights come straight from Suncraft Farm, a charming microfarm in Manitoba founded by herbal enthusiast Benjamin Coudière.

But Suncraft Farm is more than just a farm, it’s a passion project born during the pandemic from a desire for self-sufficiency and a deeper connection to nature. In 2020, while juggling remote work and daycare closures, Benjamin began experimenting with gardening, harvesting, and cooking alongside his daughter.
“I studied horticulture at Red River College,” he says. “And I’ve always worked on organic farms. Growing herbs at home just felt natural.”

What began as a homegrown hobby quickly evolved. Fresh herbs turned into herbal teas, syrups, seasonings, and vinaigrettes. With access to a commercial kitchen, Benjamin was able to scale up and launch a full line of natural, flavorful products.

Benjamin Coudière, owner of Suncraft Farm

From Fresh Herbs to a Full Product Line

Browse the Suncraft Farm website and you’ll find a vibrant selection: dried herbs like thyme, sage, and dandelion; herbal tea blends; white wine vinegar infused with herbes de Provence; flavoured oils; blackcurrant syrup; vinaigrettes and everything is handmade.

Benjamin’s mission?
