What products or services do you offer?<\/h4>\n

My products are natural and made from shea and cacao butter. They also contribute to fair trade.<\/p>\n

What is your market?<\/h4>\n

My market covers the whole of Winnipeg.<\/p>\n

How did you come up with your business idea?<\/h4>\n

I was using these products daily and thought they were very good. I wanted to share them with the rest of the world, but I also wanted to support fair trade my way.<\/p>\n

What is the most important lesson you have learned in your entrepreneurial journey?<\/h4>\n

To be well organized.<\/p>\n

What was the proudest moment in your entrepreneurial career?<\/h4>\n

Simply, the fact that I tried to make a difference.<\/p>\n

What do you think are the most important skills for an entrepreneur?<\/h4>\n

Good organization, vision for the future, teamwork and a lot of perseverance.<\/p>\n

Can you describe your team or company structure?<\/h4>\n

My sisters help me. Carine supervises the social media and marketing. Raissa helps me with the online shop and the inventory management.<\/p>\n

How do you like to relax and unwind after a long day at work?<\/h4>\n

Playing with my son, chilling in an armchair and watching TV are relaxing to me.<\/p>\n

If you were not an entrepreneur, you would be…<\/h4>\n

I do not think I would be anything else.<\/p>\n

What other local businesses\/entrepreneurs inspire you and why?<\/h4>\n

Just the goods<\/em>, because the owner is a real leader. She helped me a lot when I started my business, and now she is one of my clients. Her support is priceless. I admire Generation Green<\/em> too, for the same reasons.<\/p>\n
