Winnipeg, November 3, 2025 – As part of National Francophone Immigration Week, the Economic Development Council for Manitoba Bilingual Municipalities (CDEM) is proud to host two flagship events highlighting diversity, inclusion, and the inspiring journeys of Francophone immigrants who contribute to Manitoba’s economic and cultural vitality.
“When we look to the future of Manitoba’s economic development, it is clear that economic immigration plays an essential role. We can already see how our communities have evolved compared to 20, 30, or even 50 years ago. Looking ahead, we can imagine new perspectives and new talents enriching and expanding what already exists. It’s an exciting time, and we’re truly looking forward to what the future holds.” Pit Turenne, Chair of the CDEM Board of Directors
