Strategic Planning

Our strategic plan services

Whether it’s reviewing your current strategic plan or developing a new one, our team can help you by supporting and building a strategic plan that meets your needs.

As part of our approach, we focus on two key preliminary steps:

  • A brief analysis of your economic health
  • A stakeholder survey to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats

With your guidance, we prepare and lead working sessions with your partners in order to identify strategic objectives and concrete and achievable actions. The result of these discussions is analyzed and delivered to you in a simple and accurate report. This is a free service.

After receiving your form, we will contact you to discuss it further.

Success Stories: Testimonials and Articles

"In 2019, the executive committee of Ritchot Community Development Corporation identified a need for strategic planning. When we started discussing possible candidates for this session, Mariette Kirouac of CDEM was suggested to us. If you've ever been involved in strategic planning sessions, you know it's hard to keep people engaged. Mariette's energy during this session was contagious. As a result, we are very satisfied with the final report. I encourage any other organization with this need to contact CDEM."

"Last night, the Board really appreciated and recognized your work. Efficient, relaxed and professional. Thanks to your work, so much has changed already and decisions have been made... in just one meeting!"

Note: This service is free. CDEM processes applications according to the capacity of available resources and gives itself the right to prioritize applications from its partners and members.
