The administrators on CDEM’s Board of Directors are appointed by the members. “Members” are directors on the Board of Directors of the Association of Manitoba Bilingual Municipalities (AMBM).

Members will appoint to the Board of Directors:

• A person who will assume the position of Chairperson of the Board of Directors;
• A person representing each of the municipal entities that are members of the Association of Manitoba Bilingual Municipalities (AMBM)
• The outgoing president of CDEM, with a non-renewable one-year term, without the right to vote;
• Individuals or representatives of sectors who, depending on the members, could make a significant contribution to the Board of Directors and to the achievement of its objectives.

A member of the AMBM may also be appointed to the Board of Directors of CDEM.
