Fosse aux lions 2023: Finalists announcement!

CDEM is thrilled to announce that the Fosse aux lions (Lion’s Den) finale will take place on Wednesday, April 12 at 7 pm. This entrepreneurial competition will happen at the Théâtre Cercle Molière and will be broadcast live on Facebook.

The 4 finalists of this 11th edition are:

FRÈRES JACQUES INC

Frères Jacques Inc. is an authentic brand of pâté from a French family recipe. Inspired by his father’s recipe, Laurent, one of the eight children of the Jacques family, launched “Tony’s Pâté” and offers two products: a pork liver pâté and a smoked trout pâté. The pork pâté is all-natural, preservative-free and made entirely with Manitoban herbs and spices. The smoked trout pâté is decadent and delicious. It has a smooth texture, and a rich, slightly smoky flavour. Other pâtés are being developed.

J’EM NATURE

J’em Nature offers a variety of workshops and one-of-a-kind outdoor and tourism experiences year-round: ice fishing with equipment and cabin rental, guided excursions, picnic baskets, etc. J’em Nature is situated on the outskirts of St. Malo, in the municipality of De Salaberry, which will offer unique and ecological housing this summer 2023.
