Employment Centre
The Employment Centre program offers a range of Employment Assistance Services (EAS) for francophone job seekers in Manitoba.
Through a personalized approach, this program supports rapid workforce integration and career development. It provides individualized support, job readiness workshops, workplace coaching, and privileged connections with employers.
Services are offered in collaboration with Manitoba’s bilingual municipalities through the Association of Manitoba Bilingual Municipalities (AMBM). They are delivered in person at CDEM’s offices or virtually for job seekers based in our municipalities. The program also supports local employers by facilitating the quick recruitment of candidates and connecting them with qualified job seekers.
Designed for individuals permanently settled in Canada, this program actively contributes to strengthening the economic and social vitality of the francophone community in a minority setting.
