Official Inauguration of Ste. Agathe’s Boat Launch Park and Floating Dock

On September 11, the community of Ste. Agathe came together to celebrate the official inauguration and renaming of the boat launch park and floating dock. This new facility is a major asset for the municipality and its residents.

The ceremony was held in the presence of several special guests: Ron Schuler, MLA for Springfield-Ritchot, Shane Pelletier, Deputy Mayor of Ritchot, and Madeleine Arbez, Executive Director of CDEM. A special tribute was also paid to Jeannot Robert, recognized for his dedication to the community.

Revived in 2018, this large-scale project represents a total investment of $700,000. In 2020, it also received $45,500 in funding from the Francophone Economic Development Fund of Western Canada (FDEFO).
